Club Manager
Darcy Stevenson
Meet Darcy Stevenson, a valued leader at the heart of the Fort Schuyler Club family.
Darcy’s commitment to her role as Club Manager shines through her comprehensive approach. She takes pride in overseeing member events, building connections, and managing significant occasions like weddings, showers, and holiday events. Her enthusiasm stems from the ever-changing nature of her responsibilities.
Darcy’s journey with the Fort Schuyler Club started at 17, working as a server and bartender. She worked her way up to become the Dining Room Manager before assuming the role of Club Manager in 2016. Since 2016, Darcy has been an active member of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA). Her dedication to staying updated on industry trends reflects her commitment to excellence in her work. As Club Manager, Darcy works to foster unity within the Fort Schuyler Club community.
Outside of work, Darcy resides in Holland Patent with her fiancé Gregg, daughter Alexis, son Nolan, and their German Shepherd, Lukin. She enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her family, engaging in activities like kayaking, hiking, and fishing in the Adirondacks.
Office Manager
Ana Rosado
Meet Ana Rosado, a dedicated member of the Fort Schuyler Club team. As the Office Manager, Ana takes charge of the daily operations in the office, handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, member accounts, and ensuring our members have a stellar experience at the club. Additionally, she continues to lend her bartending expertise at night when needed, as it remains a passion for her.
Ana’s journey with us commenced in 2000 when she started as a waitress and bartender at the club. Throughout her college years, she worked shifts and later pursued a dance career in New York City. Upon returning to the area, she rejoined the club’s team. Holding an Associate’s Degree from Mohawk Valley Community College in Elementary Education, Liberal Arts, and Science with a minor in Psychology, Ana brings a diverse educational background to her role.
Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Utica and Frankfort, Ana, along with her husband, Brian, currently resides in Frankfort with their two children – Destany LeeYana, a recent high school valedictorian headed to Le Moyne College, and Brian Jr., who is starting high school this fall. In her leisure time, Ana is a board member with the Utica Chamber of Commerce and enjoys socializing, dancing, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Sous Chef
Charles “Chaz” Blair
Meet Charles “Chaz” Blair, the Sous Chef at the FSC. He’s responsible for creating menus and managing culinary operations. Starting in a deli right after high school, he progressed through the ranks at Brookdale Senior Living of Clinton, moving from resident assistant to line cook, eventually becoming a lead cook. This diverse experience enables him to cater to dietary preferences and needs for members and guests.
In 2017, Chaz earned an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts Management and Restaurant Management from MVCC.
Apart from his culinary pursuits, Chaz values time with his family – twin brother Matt, brother Josh, Josh’s girlfriend Trista, niece Sophia, nephew Logan – and his two dogs, Mudder and Hercules. He enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, camping, four-wheeling, and go-karting, often with his niece and nephew.
Chaz’s role at FSC brings culinary expertise and a dedication to enhancing members’ experiences.
